Personal Competence Management
|Abstract:||Keynote provided at the ICICTE 2007 conference, Heraklion, Crete, 12-7-2007. The keynote addresses three issues: a. Arguments to support alternative (lifelong) learning paths in our society along the predominant system of primary, secondary, post-secondary, work-training pathway. b. Introduces basic concepts of personal competence management: 4 learning questions and derived use cases for competence matching, team selection, identifying training needs, etc. c. A presentation of the research issues connected to the concept of learning networks for lifelong competence development.|
