| Abstract: | This document contains the results of the analysis and study about interaction models for knowledge sharing. After a description of the design process, the application context is described. A considerable number of scenarios is described and the basic requirements are elicitated and extracted, both for functional and non-functional aspects. Finally the main interaction issues are addressed. |
