| Abstract: | De algemene doelstelling van dit onderzoek was inzicht te krijgen in twee verschillende vormen van communicatie: een gericht op toezicht en sancties en een gericht op sociale normen. De centrale vraag daarbij is of een communicatie over een repressieve aanpak effectiever is dan een communicatie gericht op sociale normen. |
