idSpace D5.4 & D5.5 Evaluation Results V2 & Integrated Evaluation Report

Abstract

This document outlines the plan for the evaluation campaign (its objectives, metrics and methods) that has been performed by WP5 for idSpace as part of the version 2 Evaluation Task, and a description of its results. Moreover, it contains the results of preliminary evaluation of the final version of idSpace and two targeted studies on specific modules of the system. The evalua-tion of idSpace v2 indicated that the user appreciated the ac-cess to the system via the web – without installation require-ments - and the structured, distributed and collaborative ap-proach to ideation. However, many small and big issues were identified effecting the usability and effectiveness of the system. The v3 follow-up studies indicate that, meanwhile, many of the issues raised in the v2 evaluation have been addressed.
