| Abstract: | Motivatie binnen organisaties wordt door veel factoren beïnvloed. De verwachting is dat charisma en inspiratie twee van deze factoren zijn. Echter, verschillende onderzoeken bespreken deze begrippen zonder een onderlinge samenhang aan te tonen. Daarom is het doel van dit onderzoek om na te gaan in hoeverre charisma en inspiratie een effect hebben op motivatie. |
