| Abstract: | In deze studie werd een deel van het Job-Demand-Control Model van Karasek getoetst. We
veronderstellen dat procedurele en /of interactionele rechtvaardigheid een modererend effect heeft op de relatie tussen mentale belasting en emotionele uitputting bij werknemers. Het onderzoek is verricht onder 150 hulpverleners van Lumens Groep. |
