Abstract: Educational research can be conducted at different levels: the macro level, meso-level, and micro-level. Domain-specific research is situated in contexts with their own characteristic methods, concepts and principles. This presentation invites to reflect upon the question: "To which extent are our research results affected by our concepts, principles, and methods"?
