| Abstract: | Het Interuniversitair Centrum voor Onderwijswetenschappen (ICO) bestaat bijna 25 jaar. In dit paper blikken de auteurs terug op de periode 2006-2011, waarin het ICO een forse groei doormaakte. Zowel in kwantitatieve als inhoudelijke zin wordt gekeken hoe de scholing van promovendi zich in deze periode heeft ontwikkeld. Daarnaast wordt gekeken naar de ontwikkeling van de kwaliteit van de organisatie. Het paper wordt afgesloten met een visie op de toekomst. |
