| Abstract: | ARLearn is a mobile toolset that combines augmented reality, field-trips and serious games. Today, most augmented reality browsers like Layar and Wikitude only focus on visualizing information that is close to one's current location. We believe that considering feedback and decision taking are important as well when trying to implement successful learning through AR. Furthermore, this toolset supports, apart from AR based games, virtual games that can be played through a Google StreetView mashup. In this talk we will focus on three ARLearn case studies and present findings in decision taking, situated learning and expository learning scenarios. |
