|Abstract:||Martin van Dijk is a PhD candidate at CELSTEC since November 2010 under the supervision of Prof. Paul A. Kirschner and Dr. Renate de Groot. He investigates the associations between physical activity and cognitive performance, and academic achievement in adolescents. He measured physical activity levels in 440 secondary school students during one full week using accelerometers. In this plenary, he presented an update of his research.|
