Abstract: In this keynote three problems are addressed: a. The need for an overview of all possible formal and informal learning resources b. The need to find the most appropriate learning resource, given personal preferences and characteristics c. The need for competence assessment, given the fact that persons learn from various formal and informal sources. The wireframes of TENCompetence were demonstrated and the basic concepts (domain model, use cases) presented.
