| Abstract: | This is a keynote recorded for the miniconference of the OUNL Masters Programme Active Learning about Personal Competence Management & Learning Networks (7 - 11 May, 2007). The conference was online only using a combination of video and Breeze.
This keynote contains the following items:
a. Two cases to illustrate the problem behind personal competence development.
b. Using these cases the concepts of competence and competence development are defined
c. The design of the Personal Competence Manager as is developed in the TENCompetence project is demonstrated. |
